Western Cement donated 1.5 million yuan to charity in the first half of the year

Western Cement fully complies with the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the relevant laws and regulations of the country where it operates. For the six months ended 30 June 2025, Western Cement achieved zero fatal accidents and 381 days of work-related injury loss, a significant decrease from 705 days in the first half of 2024. Western Cement implements a standardized and normalized occupational safety operation process applicable to all employees and contractors, and establishes a safety production committee chaired by the chief executive officer of Western Cement, including six special safety leading groups.

For the six months ended June 30, 2025, Western Cement's total charitable donations amounted to RMB1.5 million. Some of the projects funded by Western Cement include the construction of Mudada Village Primary School and Katenbe Manatee School in Mozambique, the Shaanxi Yaobai Student Aid Public Welfare Foundation, which aims to improve the quality of basic education in Shaanxi Province, and the continued donation of "Golden Autumn Student Aid" activities to benefit 115 students in need of educational support.
