Master's degree in material engineering from Central South University; won the first prize of Hunan Science and Technology Progress Award. He has successively served as R & D engineer and Minister of Technology of Jinbo Co., Ltd. He is currently the general manager of Hunan Jinbo Carbon-based Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
