Juxian Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. plans to build a φ3.8 × 14.5m cement mill with an annual capacity of 1.3 million tons; Dezhou Hongtai Engineering Materials Co., Ltd. plans to build a φ3.8 × 13m cement mill with an annual capacity of 1.05 million tons; Dezhou Jinghua Group (Pingyuan) Daba Cement Co., Ltd. intends to carry out technical transformation on the existing φ4.2 × 13m cement grinding production line; Dongping Zhonglian Cement Co., Ltd. intends to supplement the production capacity of the existing φ3.8 × 13m cement mill.

On January 6, the Shandong Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Replacement of Cement Grinding Capacity of Four Companies Including Juxian Zhonglian".
