The supplementary capacity of 666t/d comes from 1 # production line of Tianshui Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd. 2500t/d (1000t/d is used for capacity replacement of this project), and the capacity after supplementary is 5166t/d, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. The 2500t/d cement clinker production line of 1 # production line

of Tianshui Sinoma Cement Co., Ltd. will be shut down and withdrawn from November 1, 2025, and will be dismantled within half a year.

On October 13, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province announced that due to the revision of the policy of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province decided to abolish the Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gongxin Regulation No.2024) from the date of issuance of the notice, and to abolish the "Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province". The capacity replacement of cement and glass industry in the whole province will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the future.
