Announcement of Chongqing Nantong Special Cement Co., Ltd.

Recently, Chongqing Economic and Information Commission issued a public announcement on the production capacity of Chongqing Nantong Special Cement Co., Ltd. According to the

announcement, in accordance with the provisions of the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Implementation Measures for the Replacement of Production Capacity in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (the original No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and other documents. Chongqing Qingpeng Cement Co., Ltd. intends to replace clinker production capacity to Chongqing Nantong Special Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement production capacity. After on-site verification by experts, it is now publicized. According to the

letter of commitment, Chongqing Qingpeng Cement Co., Ltd. has a 2500t/d clinker production line capacity transfer plan (all approval, filing, production license, emission permit details are attached), and the rotary kiln of the production line has been shut down at the end of April 2024. Dismantle the main key equipment before the transfer of production capacity of the receiving enterprise comes into effect (before the adjustment of the registered production capacity of Chongqing Nantong Special Cement Co., Ltd. to 6167t/d in 2026).
