It mainly includes two parts: reconstruction, new Min'an Avenue and new Fangshan East Road, with a total length of 6.16 kilometers. Of which: 1. Min'an Avenue: It starts from the existing Tongxiang Avenue and ends at the existing old National Highway 324, with a total length of 5.6 kilometers. It is constructed according to the standard of second-class highway and urban trunk road, with 6 lanes in both directions and a width of 40 meters. Among them, the reconstruction section is Tongxiang Avenue-Hongxi East Road Section, Houxu North Road-Fangshan North 2nd Road Section, with a length of 1.29 km; the new construction section is Hongxi East Road-Houxu North Road Section, Fangshan North 2nd Road-G324 Line Section, with a length of 4.31 km. 2. Fangshan East Road: It starts from the newly-built Min'an Avenue and ends with the existing National Highway 324, with a total length of 0.56 kilometers. It is constructed according to the standard of urban trunk road, with 6 lanes in both directions and a width of 40 meters. A new pedestrian bridge will be built along the line, with asphalt concrete pavement on the roadway and permeable brick on the sidewalk. The total investment of the
