In recent years, with rich experience in production line design consultation and construction, Hebei Building Material Design Institute has completed the planning, design and construction of new dry cement production lines, aggregate production lines and related non-metallic mines in many large and medium-sized enterprises. Recently, Jidong Haitian Cement Wenxi 2 million tons/year aggregate project, EPC contracted by Hebei Building Material Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. The "stepped crushing and screening process" is innovatively adopted, and the three-dimensional layout is implemented in combination with the natural elevation difference terrain, which organically integrates the auxiliary workshop with the main workshop, saves 14% of land and shortens the construction period by 10%. By optimizing the layout of column support and roof support, the screening workshop realizes the frame structure without lateral displacement, which is different from the traditional steel frame with lateral displacement door, and reduces the steel consumption by about 30%. Through BIM technology, the precise docking of equipment parameters and civil engineering structure is realized, and the design change rate is reduced.

Dynamic closed-loop management mechanism. The project team incorporates project procurement into the design process and construction requirements into the design management. On the premise of ensuring quality and safety, measures such as material list first, drawing in batches, stage design disclosure and simultaneous construction are implemented. The implementation of the project is no longer the first design and then construction, but the trinity of design, procurement and construction under the coordination of multiple disciplines and units.

Dynamic control of node duration. Establish a two-level management structure of "general contractor-subcontractor", a three-level progress control system of "daily statistics-weekly calibration-monthly adjustment", dynamically adjust the work plan closely around the project objectives, take measures in advance, take measures in the event, and actively coordinate afterwards, so as to fully mobilize the participating units to ensure the nodes and rush the construction period.
