Recently, Xiangyun Branch of Dali Ecological Environment Bureau issued the announcement of Xiangyun Chaofeng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. on the Environmental Impact Report of Xiangyun Chaofeng Environmental Protection 50000 Tons Annual Fly Ash Resources Comprehensive Utilization Project (Draft for Approval) and the public participation statement.
This project covers an area of 10 mu and is located in the plant of Xiangyun Jianyun Cement Co., Ltd. in Liuchang Town, Xiangyun County. The main construction contents include raw ash storage and pulping system, fly ash washing separation system, fly ash washing wastewater treatment system, MVR evaporation and crystallization system, wet ash dehydrator, sodium salt drying, ash storage, office building, environmental protection engineering, etc. At the same time, a feeding (receiving) system and a wet ash drying system will be built.
The treatment scale is as follows: the newly built fly ash pretreatment line and the existing 4800 t/d cement kiln of Xiangyun Jianyun Cement Co., Ltd. are used for the coordinated treatment of dechlorinated fly ash, the treatment scale is 166.67 t/d, and the total annual treatment scale is 50,000 t; the purpose of water washing is to remove the chlorine in the fly ash and crystallize KCl, NaCl and other products for sale. The amount of dechlorinated fly ash
after washing is 0.06 t/a 64415 (chlorine content ≤ 0.5%, moisture content 35%), which is dried in the wet ash drying system (the drying heat source is the flue gas at the kiln head, and the moisture content after drying is ≤ 5%). Relying on the existing 4800 t/d new dry process clinker cement production line of Xiangyun Jianyun Cement Co., Ltd.
