Recently, the Lanxi Branch of Jinhua Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued a notice to approve the EIA documents of construction projects, which showed that the technical renovation project of comprehensive utilization of fly ash resources of Zhejiang Hongshi Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. (Phase I) adopted the co-disposal process of water washing and cement kiln, and the fly ash after water washing was dried and put into the kiln. Gypsum, sodium chloride and potassium chloride products are produced from the ash-washing water for sale, so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of resources. After the
project is completed and put into operation, the disposal and utilization capacity of 40,000 tons/year incineration fly ash will be formed, which has good environmental, social and economic benefits.
The project is located in Shangxiaguo Village, Lingdong Township, Lanxi City, Jinhua (in the factory area of Zhejiang Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd.), covering an area of about 10 mu, with a construction area of about 6700 square meters. The main equipment and facilities include more than 30 sets of slurry pumps, reagent tanks, reagent pumps, water washing separation tanks, dehydration equipment, waste gas treatment facilities, MVR evaporation crystallizers, dechlorination fly ash drying facilities, and laboratory instruments.
According to the relevant provisions of the approval procedures for environmental impact assessment of construction projects, after deliberation, Lanxi Branch of Jinhua Ecological Environment Bureau intends to make approval opinions on the environmental impact assessment documents of the above-mentioned construction projects. In order to ensure the seriousness and impartiality of the examination and approval opinions and safeguard the public's environmental rights and interests, the basic information of the environmental impact assessment documents of each construction project is hereby announced.
