2025, the "2024 Top 100 List of China's Cement Clinker Production Capacity" was released. The top five provinces and cities in terms of clinker production capacity in
2024 are: Anhui (13678 of 0.44 million tons), Guangxi (10825 of 0.82 million tons), Guangdong (10665 of 0.55 million tons), Sichuan (99.4164 million tons) and Yunnan (95.17 million tons). The top five provinces and cities in terms of clinker production capacity in
2023 are: Anhui (0.94 million tons of 13538), Guangdong (0.15 million tons of 10777), Guangxi (0.12 million tons of 10649), Sichuan (0.2 million tons of 10143) and Shandong (0.27 million tons of 10037), with production capacity exceeding 100 million tons. Compared
with 2023, Guangxi ranked second in the country in 2024, and Yunnan ranked fifth in the country. The number of provinces with production capacity of more than 100 million tons has decreased, only Anhui, Guangxi and Guangdong provinces. Sichuan and Shandong have withdrawn from the ranks of provinces with a production capacity of 100 million tons.
