Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province issued a public announcement on the capacity replacement scheme of two cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 6000 tons of Taiwan Cement (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. for the period from December 11 to December 24, 2025.
The announcement shows that two cement clinker lines of Taiwan Cement (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. with the original design capacity of 5000t/d are supplemented with 1000t/d respectively. After adjustment, the capacity is 6000t/d, and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The supplementary capacity comes from a 4000t/d cement clinker line of Taiwan Cement (Anshun) Cement Co., Ltd. Taiwan Cement (Anshun) Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to be shut down from the date of announcement, and it is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn after the asset disposal procedure.
