bidding scope: (1) Survey: topographic survey within the scope of project approval, including geotechnical engineering survey; (2) Design: including scheme design, preliminary design and preparation of budget estimate, preliminary design approval, construction drawing design and preparation of budget, cooperation with construction drawing review, design change and modification, relevant construction application cooperation, construction and equipment bidding cooperation and completion (completion) acceptance, etc.; (3) Construction: general contracting of construction preparation stage, construction stage, project handover and defect repair within the warranty period of the project within the design scope, and cooperating with the owner to handle construction application, approval, final (final) audit of relevant departments, etc.
Project scale: the project is of Grade III, the project scale is medium, the main building grade is Grade 3, and the secondary building grade is Grade 4. The main construction contents of the project include a new water intake, a 155m diversion tunnel with a diameter of 2.0 m, a 1505m diversion pipeline, a 6050m diversion branch pipe, a 712m regulation length of Tiechang branch canal and a 3600m regulation length of Cangfeng No.1 Station canal; Newly build Shangyuantang Electric Drainage Station (with a total installed capacity of 5000 kW), dredge the whole section of the large drainage canal in Shangyuantang area (with a total length of 12.92 km), build 350 m connecting culvert, build 2 new sluices, rebuild and expand 9.74 km of Shangyuantang branch canal, build 1.16 km of Shangyuantang five branch canals, and build 1 flood control sluice. One inverted siphon structure of Qinglian Canal in Shangyuantang District was demolished and rebuilt. The final project scale and construction content shall be subject to the confirmation of the Tenderee.
