Recently, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, held a working conference on ready-mixed concrete enterprises in the whole region.
In order to further standardize the management of ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in the whole region and further improve the quality of ready-mixed concrete products in our region, recently, Jintan District Construction Engineering Management Center held a working meeting of ready-mixed concrete enterprises in 2025 to inform the inspection situation in the first half of the year, arrange the relevant work requirements in the second half of the year, and organize the construction of ready-mixed concrete enterprises in the second half of the year. The principal responsible persons and laboratory directors of ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in the whole region attended the meeting.
The meeting briefed the general situation of raw material sampling, entity sampling, quality management system inspection, special inspection of pump truck drivers with certificates and dust control in ready-mixed concrete enterprises in the first half of 2025. And put forward four requirements for the management and control of concrete enterprises:
First, always make unremitting efforts to ensure safe production and strictly implement the certification of pump truck drivers;
The second is to establish and improve the quality assurance system, formulate relevant technical management and quality inspection system, and strictly implement the quality responsibility of the enterprise itself;
the third is to strengthen the dust control in the production process, and regularly implement the requirements of dust control;
Fourth, we should conscientiously carry out self-examination and self-correction according to the problems found in the inspection to ensure that the rectification is in place.
The meeting pointed out that in recent days, industrial wastes such as steel slag and nickel slag and unqualified sand materials formed by their processing have flowed into our province. All ready-mixed concrete enterprises should attach great importance to the implementation of enterprise production from the aspects of market behavior, contract management, raw material control, entity quality, dust control and enterprise production and operation safety. Do not use unacceptable sand.
Next, the construction and management center will carry out the work of "looking back" on the rectification of ready-mixed concrete enterprises, and take measures to control the enterprises that fail to rectify the problems, such as restricting the collection of contracts, closing down and rectifying, so as to promote the real solution of the problems and the real rectification. At the same time, we will continue to carry out supervision and inspection of raw materials and on-site entity strength of ready-mixed concrete enterprises to ensure the healthy and orderly development of ready-mixed concrete industry in our region.
