The main line of Ningbo Qijiashan-Zhoushan Jintang Section

of G92 Hangzhou Bay Area Ring Expressway (Ningbo Qijiashan-Zhoushan Jintang Section of Yongzhou-Zhoushan Expressway) (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") is about 18km long, of which the Ningbo Section is about 5.5km long and the Zhoushan Section is about 12.5km long. The starting point of the route is marked with ZK9 + 120 (YK9 + 120). The Jintang subsea tunnel is set to pass through Hongyuan Road, and the shield tunnel passes through the shield tunnel of the Yongzhou-Zhoushan Railway under construction, and then buried under Fushan Road. The Jintang waterway is arranged in parallel with the corridor of the Yongzhou-Zhoushan Railway under construction, with a horizontal clear distance of 46 ~ 466 m in the middle of the sea. The highway tunnel passes through Jintang Waterway and lands at Dapukou of Zhoushan Jintang Island. It exits the tunnel at the west side of Jintang Town and Lixiaowan Mountain Pond. Broken chains are set at the entrance of the tunnel (of which the long chain of the left line is 0.043 m and the short chain of the right line is 0.061 m). The route extends to the northeast. Jintang Junction is set at the junction of Huachengsi Reservoir and Yongzhou Expressway. It connects with the double line of Yongzhou Expressway from Jintang to Dasha. The route end chainage is ZK27 + 181.929 (YK27 + 168.806). There are 5175m/5 bridges in

the main line (including the main line bridge in the interchange area), including 3985m/3 super-large bridges and 1190m/2 large bridges; A Jintang subsea tunnel is set up (in which the outer diameter of the shield segment is 15.7 m), and the length of the left line tunnel is about 11625 m (in which the length of the open section of the U-shaped groove is about 277 m, the length of the open excavation and hidden burial section is about 226 m, the length of the shield segment is about 9 970 m, the length of the working shaft section is 2 × 25 m, and the length of the drilling and blasting section is about 1 101 m); The right-line tunnel is about 11591m long (including the U-shaped groove open section of about 264m long, the open excavation and buried section of about 232m long, the shield section of about 9937m long, the working shaft section of 2 × 25m long, and the drilling and blasting section of about 1108m long); 2 interchanges (Jintang Junction and Dapukou Interchange); One ramp toll station, one pair of parking areas (also set with Dapukou Interchange), one management sub-center, one maintenance work area, two bridge and tunnel monitoring and communication stations (one bridge management station and one tunnel management station), two bridge and tunnel maintenance management stations (tunnel rescue points), and necessary auxiliary traffic management rooms and facilities. The estimated total investment of the project is about 15.605 billion yuan. The main line of

the project adopts the standard of two-way six-lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/H (including 80km/H of Jintang subsea tunnel section), a roadbed width of 33.5m, a shield tunnel construction limit width of 13m, and a non-shield section of 14m. The design vehicle load grade of bridges and culverts shall be highway-Grade I.

Bidding scope and bid section division: The civil construction bidding of this project is divided into 4 bid sections, namely TJ1, TJ2, TJ3 and TJ4.

TJ1 bid section: the left line of the main line is about 4.65 km long (chainage ZK9 + 120 ~ ZK13 + 772), the right line is about 4.65 km long (chainage YK9 + 120 ~ YK13 + 770), and the average length of the shield section of the left and right lines is about 4098.22 m. The main work includes the implementation and completion of subgrade at Beilun side, shield subsea tunnel at Beilun side (including the procurement of shield machine, segment prefabrication and installation), working shaft and open excavation U-shaped groove at Beilun side, open excavation and buried section, shield docking section (if any), "three changes" road, reservation and embedding, and defect repair during the defect liability period. TJ2 bid section: the left line of the main line is about 6.18km long (chainage ZK13 + 772 ~ ZK19 + 950), the right line is about 0.31km long (chainage YK19 + 614 ~ YK19 + 920), and the shield section is about 5,866.79m long. The main work includes the left line subsea tunnel at Jintang side (including the procurement of shield machine, segment prefabrication and installation), the working shaft at Jintang side, the rescue pilot tunnel, and the mountain section of Jintang tunnel (near the working shaft at Jintang side, of which the left line is about 286 m long. The right line is about 281 m long), the shield docking section (if any), the "three-change" road (if any), the implementation and completion of the reserved and embedded works, and the defect repair during the defect liability period. TJ3 bid section: the right line of the main line is about 5.84 km long (stake No. YK13 + 770 ~ YK19 + 614), and the shield section is about 5,843.61 m long. The main work contents include the implementation and completion of the shield tunnel subsea tunnel (including the procurement of shield machine, segment prefabrication and installation), shield docking section (if any), reservation and embedment, and defect repair during the defect liability period. TJ4 bid section: the left line of the main line is about 7.23 km long (stake number: ZK19 + 950 ~ ZK27 + 181.929), and the right line is about 7.25 km long (stake number: YK19 + 920 ~ YK27 + 168.806). The main work contents include subgrade, Jintang land section bridge (bridge structure adopts prestressed concrete T-beam and steel-concrete composite beam), mountain section of Jintang Tunnel (exit section, in which the left line is about 815 m long and the right line is about 827 m long), interchange crossing project (overpassing Yongzhou Expressway in operation and underpassing Dapu Tunnel), "three-change" road, reservation and embedding. As well as the implementation and completion of the pavement works of the whole line (stake No. ZK9 + 120 ~ ZK27 + 181.929, YK9 + 120 ~ YK27 + 168.806) and the defect repair during the defect liability period.
