of Baishan North Cement Co., Ltd. is 96.83 kgce/t;
the actual energy consumption of Line 1 of Wangqing North Cement Co., Ltd. is 92.04 kgce/t. The actual energy consumption of the remaining
14 production lines is between the benchmark level and the benchmark level.
