Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment and other five departments jointly issued the Supplementary Notice on Further Improving the Ultra-low Emission Transformation of Cement and Coking Industries.
In addition to shutting down and integrating production lines during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, cement clinker production enterprises in the province will complete ultra-low emission transformation of production processes by the end of June 2025. The production capacity in production fully meets the requirements of Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (DB/1346-2023);
by the end of 2025, 50% of the clinker production capacity in production in the whole province will be transformed into ultra-low emission in the whole process; By the end
of 2027, cement clinker enterprises and independent grinding enterprises in the whole province will meet the requirements of ultra-low emission transformation.
