The replacement plan shows that Ningxia Guoda Cement Co., Ltd.'s New dry-process cement production line construction project with a daily output of 3200 tons of clinker (with 4.5MW waste heat power generation) supplements 7000/t production capacity, and 1050t/d transfer capacity comes from Ningxia Nuoli Environmental Protection New Materials Co., Ltd., with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.

On December 31, the Ningxia Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Ningxia Guoda Cement Co., Ltd. to Supplement the Daily Output of 700 Tons of Cement Clinker Project".
