On December 12, the People's Government of Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province issued the Announcement on the Proposed Approval of the Environmental Impact Report Form for the Longguan 300 MW Photovoltaic Project of the Million New Energy Base of Zhangjiakou Power Plant.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Longguan Town and Paoliang Township, Chicheng County, Zhangjiakou, with a total area of 742.6136 H ㎡, a total investment of 1,929.26 million yuan and an installed capacity of 300 MW . A new 220kV booster station will be built, and 190 MW/4 hours energy storage and other related ancillary facilities will be built in the booster station, with a construction period of 12 months. The DC side capacity of the
project is 381. 84575 MWp , and the AC side capacity is 300 MW. A total of 534,050 N-type TOPC on 715W p monocrystalline silicon double-sided PV modules and 938 320kW string inverters are selected for the whole project. The construction unit of this
project is Datang Zhonghe (Chicheng) New Energy Co., Ltd.
