Tianshan Co., Ltd.: Appoint Man Gaopeng as the President of the Company

Tianshan shares announced on April 26 that due to job adjustment, Ms. Yuehua applied to resign as a director of the ninth board of directors of the company. After her resignation, Ms. Yu Yuehua will no longer hold any position in the Company.

Due to job adjustment, Mr. Zhao Xinjun applied to resign from the position of president of the company. After his resignation, Mr. Zhao Xinjun still serves as a director, chairman, member of the Nomination Committee, chairman of the Strategic Committee and the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company. The "Resolution on the Appointment of the President of the Company" was

considered and approved by the Company. According to the nomination of the chairman and the review and recommendation of the nomination committee of the board of directors of the Company, the board of directors of the Company agreed to appoint Mr. Man Gaopeng as the president of the Company.
