On August 19, Guangxi Du'an Xijiang Yufeng Cement Co., Ltd. announced the successful candidate for EPC general contracting of SCR nitrogen oxide ultra-low emission transformation project of 6000t/d cement clinker production line.

The second successful candidate: Guangxi Boshike Environmental Technology Co., Ltd./China Design and Research Institute of New Building Materials Co., Ltd./Henan Sinoma Environmental Protection Co., Ltd., bid price: 28420000.00;
The third successful candidate: Yuntai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd./ Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., bid price: 27618800.00.
This project is an EPC general contracting project (i.e. design, procurement, construction, commissioning and acceptance). The project plans to adopt the technology and supporting facilities of high temperature and low dust SCR dust and nitrate integration to transform the kiln tail of the 6000 t/d cement production line of Guangxi Du'an Xijiang Yufeng Cement Co., Ltd. After the transformation, the nitrogen oxide emission index at the kiln inlet is ≤ 50mg/Nm3, the dust emission concentration is ≤ 10 mg/Nm3, the ammonia escape is ≤ 3mg/Nm3, and the ammonia consumption is ≤ 3kg/t.
