Yanzhou Sinoma 2025 Second Quarter Economic Operation Analysis Meeting was held in Jiangyou, Sichuan on August 13. Ke Sheng fully affirmed the achievements of Yanzhou Company in the first half of the year. He said that although the achievements exceeded expectations, the current situation is still grim. How to better deal with it, he put forward the following three points:
1. Preservation: The company's basic market is still cement aggregate mines. Do a good job of classified management of existing projects, give full play to the advantages of projects, strive for benchmarking, and make greater achievements in the industry market;
2. Expand the increment: the two foreign countries are the "main battlefield", do a good job of knowledge reserve and talent reserve, work together from top to bottom, take a steady step, carry forward the pioneering spirit, and tackle the two foreign markets;
3. Quality improvement: pay attention to the quality of project operation, insist on promoting price stabilization and cost reduction, and turn the huge stone blocking the road into the fulcrum of leveraging opportunities.
Yan Jingxiang said that in the case of "quantity and price" falling, it is not easy to achieve results. While affirming the achievements, the following requirements are put forward:
First, do a good job of quality service to ensure the stock: the traditional industry is still the ballast of the company's development, quality service is particularly important, to be anxious for the owners, think what the owners want;
The second is to expand from point to area: to strengthen regional management, to use the theory of "three circles", to find the intersection of "three circles", and then to open up regional management circles;
Third, the knife edge is inward, cost reduction and efficiency increase: on the basis of implementing the cost control guidance line of Sinoma Mine, the space price of main materials will be continuously squeezed, and the tight life will be regarded as the norm, and the concept that all costs can be controlled and reduced will be practiced;
Fourth, compliance management: comprehensively consolidate the construction of the main responsibility of the company's risk provention and control, and establish a three-dimensional risk control system covering the whole process of operation compliance and the whole business chain, so as to ensure that the whole process of compliance management is seamless and closed-loop;
Fifth, the pressure reduction of the two funds: continue to promote the normalization of pressure reduction, improve the company's cash flow situation, and ensure the control target of accounts receivable at the end of the year;

Liu Zhanzhong said that in the face of the current complex external environment, the company's performance is still growing steadily, this achievement is hard won. At the same time, based on the business analysis in the first half of the year, we will make arrangements for the next step:
1. Focus on the main business and make precise efforts: deeply cultivate the core business and give full play to the brand advantages;
2. Take multiple measures to control cost simultaneously: fully implement the cost control guidance line of Sinoma Mine, control the whole process, reduce the cost in management, and implement the project target responsibility system and fine management at the same time: implement at all levels, manage dynamically and assess dynamically;
3. Concentrate on the layout of Liangwai and broaden the development track of the company: establish the network of Liangwai operation, take the lead and take the initiative to stand at the forefront of the expansion of Liangwai market;
4. Safety management: strengthen the safety defense line, re-carry out risk identification, strengthen team management, and strictly implement safety rewards and punishments;
