Recently, the Hubei Provincial Market Supervision and Administration approved the issuance of three local measurement technical specifications in Hubei Province, including the Technical Specification for Carbon Measurement in Cement Industry and the Monitoring and Verification of Clinker Output, compiled by Huaxin Building Materials Group Co., Ltd.
