Huarun Cement (Fengkai) Co., Ltd. won the above-mentioned limestone mining right for cement with 256.3 million yuan .
The announcement shows that the mining area is located in Heerkou Town, Fengkai County, Guangdong Province, with an area of 790000 square kilometers, a planned transfer period of 11.5 years, a production scale of 9.88 million tons per year, and a reserve of resources as of August 1, 2025. Within the transferred mining area, 88.216 million tons of limestone resources for cement are identified (83.438 million tons of controlled resources and 4.778 million tons of inferred resources). There are 69.498 million tons of new limestone resources for cement and 10.2725 million tons of new comprehensive utilization stone resources. The total amount of stripping within the mining area is 4,083,286 cubic meters, including 3,813,786 cubic meters of rock inclusions, 68,200 cubic meters of Quaternary eluvial deposits, 201,300 cubic meters of backfill gravel, and the stripping ratio is 0.13: 1. Stripping ratio is 0 after comprehensive utilization of rock inclusion.
The mining elevation is 236.0m to 5.0m. Resource development and utilization: 30.8038 million cubic meters (83.4782 million tons) of limestone for cement are determined to be mined within the mining boundary; The amount of comprehensively utilized stone is 3.5138 million cubic meters (9.5224 million tons), the amount of Quaternary eluvial deposit is 68200 cubic meters (without deducting the soil for reclamation), and the amount of gravel in the backfilling area is 201300 cubic meters. The minimum elevation of the designed stope in the Development and Utilization Plan is 5m, and the designed utilization rate of mineral resources is 95%.
