32 experts focused on upgrading the new dry process kiln, completed 14 technical reforms such as sealing transformation of preheater and intelligent control of grate cooler, and eradicated 23 persistent equipment problems. High energy-consuming equipment frequency conversion transformation + alternative fuels, annual energy saving of about 0.5 million tons of standard coal, GB/T 23331 energy management system certification support, "mine zero waste-production cycle-emissions tend to zero" closed-loop has been formed.
