Sinohydro Bureau 10 Co., Ltd. is responsible for the civil engineering, installation and commissioning of the 450MW photovoltaic area , 220kV gathering station and 100MW/200MWh energy storage station in the first bid section. The second tender section of the
project is implemented by Northwest Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd . The specific contents include the civil engineering, installation and commissioning of the 550,000 kilowatt photovoltaic area , 220kV transmission line project and the 220kV interval expansion project of the collection station on the opposite side, as well as the related collector line project.
The previous tender announcement issued on February 25, 2025 showed that the project was originally planned to start on April 1, 2025 and be completed on December 31, 2025 . The total construction period is 275 calendar days.
