Recently, Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Co., Ltd. 2 # clinker production line comprehensive energy efficiency improvement technology transformation project carried out the first information announcement of environmental impact assessment.
The project intends to carry out comprehensive energy efficiency improvement technology transformation for 2 # clinker line, improve clinker quality and reduce energy consumption index of production line through integrated innovation technologies such as cyclone structure transformation and decomposition furnace transformation. The existing new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 2500 tons (Φ4.0 * 60m) will be merged into a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons (Φ4.8 * 72m) (i.e. 2 # clinker line). The total capacity will remain unchanged after the merger. After the implementation of the project, the standard coal consumption and comprehensive power consumption of 2 # clinker burning system will reach the advanced level of the industry.
Existing projects and their environmental protection:
Guangdong Qingyuan Guangying Cement Co., Ltd. has two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 2500 tons and a daily output of 4000 tons. Among them, 2500 tons/day production line is equipped with 5MW cement kiln pure low-temperature waste heat flash evaporation power generation system and flue gas out-of-stock project, 4000 tons/day production line is equipped with 9MW cement kiln pure low-temperature waste heat flash evaporation power generation system and flue gas denitrification project and 900000 tons/year grinding station project, with an annual clinker production capacity of 2.145 million tons. In addition, Qingyuan Haichuang Environmental Protection Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses 4000 tons/day clinker new dry process production line cement kiln to co-dispose solid waste project.
At present, the supporting environmental protection facilities in the plant area are relatively perfect, and the pollutants are discharged steadily up to the standard. The wastewater pollution prevention measures include one 5t/d buried sewage treatment plant and one 3t/d buried sewage treatment plant; the waste gas pollution prevention measures include two sets of kiln inlet flue gas denitration and dust removal facilities, two sets of kiln outlet flue gas dust removal facilities and several sets of other dust-containing waste gas dust removal facilities; Temporary solid waste storage facilities include a temporary storage room for general solid waste and a temporary storage room for hazardous waste.
