On December 11, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region issued a notice on the adjustment of peak staggering production time of Xinjiang cement enterprises in 2025-2026 (the first batch).
According to the plan, Xinjiang Zhongjian West Construction Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has applied for an extension of the off-peak opening time due to the co-disposal of hazardous wastes to meet the requirement of extending the opening time. The list of the first batch of cement clinker production enterprises that have adjusted the off-peak production time is now announced after the declaration of enterprises, the preliminary examination of prefectures (prefectures and municipalities), and the review of the Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Ecological Environment of the Autonomous Region.
According to the list, the kiln opening time of Xinjiang Zhongjian West Construction Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. during the peak staggering period is from June 1 to June 9, 2026 (9 days in total), and 707000 tons of hazardous waste are disposed of in coordination.
