In order to implement the relevant requirements of peak staggering production in the cement industry, According to the Notice on Staggered Peak Production of Cement Clinker Industry in 2025 (CJXMC [2025] No.36) and the Notice on Staggered Peak Production and Capacity Management Assistance of Cement Brick and Tile Enterprises (CJXMC [2025] No.510). The Material Industry Division of the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Sichuan Province has recently launched a peak-shifting production assistance activity for the cement industry. This activity was led by Shi Zhonglin, deputy director of the Material Industry Division, and the members included Tan Rong, the first-level chief staff member of the Division, Yang Haiyang, the cadre, Zhu Mingfu, the secretary of Sichuan Cement Association, Du Yunlong, the Secretary-General, and the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology of Mianyang City, Leshan City and Yibin City and their relevant cities and counties, the relevant cement enterprises and the members of the relevant regional executive group of the association.
The assistance working group reported the peak-staggering production of the cement industry in Sichuan Province, listened to the opinions and suggestions of enterprises, analyzed the problems existing in the implementation of the current plan, and put forward the following work requirements:
First, we should coordinate the implementation of the national industrial policy and the steady development of the industry. Promote the high-quality development of the cement industry under the guidance of policies; second, strictly implement the requirements of peak-staggering production, ensure the completion of the tasks throughout the year and during the emergency period of heavily polluted weather, and help the successful conclusion of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the good start of the 15th Five-Year Plan; Third, systematically plan future development of enterprises, actively adapt to the economic situation, strengthen industry self-discipline, avoid disorderly competition, and maintain market fairness.
All enterprises unanimously expressed that they would actively complete the peak-shifting production task in December, strengthen production management, make up the debts from January to November, adhere to industry self-discipline, oppose involution, and jointly promote the healthy development of the industry.
