At present, the complaint case has been settled, and the specific contents are as follows:
Hello! I am an ordinary citizen in Nanbu County, Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. I am now complaining about the illegal and illegal black concrete mixing station in our county. I implore the relevant departments to attach great importance to it and demolish it as soon as possible.
Up to now, there have been many illegal and illegal black mixing stations in Jianxing Town, Dahe Town, Golden Town, Fuhu Town and Dongba Town districts in the southern part of Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, without any relevant formalities, without any licensing qualifications, and with blank supervision, which have caused a very bad impact. the above problems have existed for many years in the southern part of Nanchong City, Sichuan Province, and the relevant departments have also verified and dealt with them. For example, in 2021, the Central Inspection Group took the lead in demolishing the mixing station of Xie Xiangjun, the owner of Yijiashan Village, Jianxing Town, but the owner is now in Majiaya Oil Chemical Plant. Every day, rural self-built houses are supplied everywhere. Because the relevant departments have no follow-up supervision, so there are so many illegal and illegal mixing stations again. Over the past two years, we have responded many times, but every time the relevant departments are perfunctory, they do nothing, and even give the telephone number of our complainants to individual bosses. The boss gets the phone and calls us. Threatening and intimidating us, we have reason to believe that individual government officials have an interest relationship with these bosses to shield them and help them deal with our complaints.
To this end, the following appeals are made to the relevant departments:
1. Formulate detailed treatment plans, formulate treatment methods, clarify the personnel of law enforcement units, implement them in place, and completely dismantle them.
In response, the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nanbu County of Nanchong City and the People's Government of Dongba Town of Nanbu County respectively replied on December 1:
The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Nanbu County of Nanchong City said that after receiving the relevant public opinion information, the Bureau immediately set up a special work class. In view of the illegal concrete mixing station in the area reflected by the netizen, we carried out a comprehensive investigation and fact verification, and quickly implemented two key disposal measures: on the one hand, we strengthened territorial law enforcement. On the day of receiving the public opinion, the relevant information about the "resurgence" of the mixing station confirmed by the investigation shall be handed over to the local people's government, and the local government shall be formally requested to take the lead in organizing on-site law enforcement and disposal according to the principle of "territorial management", so as to ensure that the illegal acts are stopped in time; on the other hand, the production source guarantee shall be cut off. At the same time, the relevant clues were handed over to the County Economic and Credit Science and Technology Bureau, and the Bureau was invited to assist in the implementation of power cuts for the production of the mixing stations involved, to cut off their production power sources from the source, to resolutely curb the rebound of illegal production activities and to eliminate the recurrence of problems.
Subsequently, the Housing and Construction Bureau of Nanbu County of Nanchong City will further improve the long-term supervision mechanism of illegal and illegal mixing stations, intensify routine inspection and dynamic monitoring in conjunction with local townships, continuously consolidate the effectiveness of special rectification, ensure that illegal and illegal concrete mixing stations in the region are comprehensively rectified, and effectively maintain a good market order and ecological environment.

At present, the following disposal measures have been taken:

On the spot, the mixing point was ordered to immediately stop all production and operation activities, simultaneously publicize policies and regulations, popularize relevant regulations on ecological environmental protection and safety production to the responsible person and relevant personnel, and guide them to consciously abide by the law.
2. Clearly point out the harmfulness of illegal and irregular acts to the parties concerned, issue the Notice of Rectification within a Time Limit, and refine the rectification requirements, time limit and responsibility list.
3. Strengthen the follow-up and supervision of rectification, and keep a close eye on the progress of rectification throughout the process. If the person in charge refuses to cooperate with the rectification or fails to complete the rectification within the time limit, he will apply to the county-level law enforcement department for enforcement measures in accordance with the law and deal with them severely.
4. Deploy and carry out special investigation and renovation of illegal mixing stations in the whole town to effectively protect the ecological environment and public safety of the jurisdiction.
