On December 8, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Gansu Province issued the Announcement on the Replacement Scheme of Complementary Capacity of the 2 × 4.5MW Waste Heat Power Generation System Project for the 4000t/d Cement Clinker Production Line of Gansu Hengya Cement Co., Ltd.

Gansu Hengya Cement is supplemented with 2000t/d capacity, and the supplemented capacity is 4000t/d. The withdrawn capacity comes from a 2000t/d clinker production line of the same company, and the replacement ratio is 1:1.

On October 13, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province announced that due to the revision of the policy of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province decided to abolish the Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gongxin Regulation No.2024) from the date of issuance of the notice, and to abolish the "Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province". The capacity replacement of cement and glass industry in the whole province will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the future.
