Recently, the Iraqi UQNCC 3500 t/d cement clinker production line project was constructed by Suzhou Sinoma. The successful completion of slip-form construction of raw material silo and clinker silo and closure of rotary kiln marks the key progress in the construction of the main structure of the project.
Raw material silo and clinker silo are the core facilities of cement production line, which adopt large silo slipform technology with complex structure and high intensity of continuous operation. The project team overcomes the difficulties of large temperature difference between day and night, intensive cross-construction and long material organization cycle, and carefully controls the concrete performance and construction quality to ensure that the verticality, flatness and appearance quality of the silo meet the design and specification requirements. In the hoisting process of
rotary kiln, the project department formulates a special construction plan in advance, scientifically organizes man-machine material resources, strengthens the safety management and control of key links such as high-altitude operation, lifting and hoisting, and ensures the accurate and efficient completion of hoisting operation. The successful closure of the slipform and rotary kiln in the
two warehouses fully demonstrates the technical strength and performance ability of Suzhou Sinoma in complex projects. Next, the project department will continue to strictly control the safety, quality and progress, steadily promote the installation and commissioning of equipment, and ensure that the project achieves the ignition target with high quality on schedule.
