In order to implement the national quality management laws, regulations and relevant provisions, and effectively and continuously improve the quality assurance capability of cement production enterprises, according to the needs of industry quality management and member units, Sichuan Cement Association held a training course for Quanta regional inspectors in Guang'an Huaying from December 6 to 7, 2025. Du Jianlin, head of the Secretariat of Sichuan Cement Association, presided over the meeting. Leaders of Sichuan Cement Association, training teachers, relevant leaders of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Guang'an Huadao Cement Sales Co., Ltd., 10 member units and 46 trainees participated in the training activities.
At the opening ceremony, Hu Yunsong, deputy general manager of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd., delivered a welcome speech, welcoming the trainees to participate in the training, hoping that through learning, we can improve the level of inspection skills and ensure product quality and safety. Sichuan Cement Association, made a speech, emphasizing the importance of quality inspection. First, we should constantly cultivate good professional ethics and professional quality. As the basic level and foundation of quality management in cement enterprises, laboratory inspectors have great responsibilities and glorious missions. It is necessary to fully improve the subjective initiative and sense of responsibility in quality work, and constantly improve the quality control ability and product quality assurance ability of cement enterprises. Secondly, we should firmly establish the working concept of "quality first", strengthen confidence in quality work, base ourselves on posts and strive for excellence, and earnestly implement the working requirements and spirit of the competent departments of the state, local industry and information, market supervision and other departments to improve the quality assurance ability of cement through the training organized by associations and independent training of enterprises, so as to truly grasp the requirements of the Regulations. Implement their role orientation and fulfill their important responsibilities. After the
opening ceremony, Mr. Zheng Hongying systematically explained the basic knowledge of cement production process, quality control and inspection methods in cement production process, inspection changes of new standards and how to carry out inspection work for cement enterprise inspectors. During the break, the training teachers answered questions for the trainees on the spot. After the training, the trainees participated in the closed-book test of the inspectors. The trainees
unanimously expressed that they had a clearer understanding of the cement quality inspection work through the training. The training course helps the trainees to improve their professional skills, and will provide strong support for improving the quality assurance ability of cement and promoting the high-quality and healthy development of the cement industry in Sichuan Province.
