Concrete Group, stressed that all units must always anchor high-quality development goals, work hard and concentrate on tackling key problems, and make every effort to complete the task plans for the second quarter; All departments of this department should go deep into the front line, understand the work situation at the grass-roots level, focus on solving practical problems, speed up the transformation from strategic marketing to intelligent marketing, continuously enhance the influence and industry status of concrete group in the core area of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and constantly strengthen the cooperation with cement enterprises, so as to promote the development of concrete industry. Four aspects of work requirements are put forward.

First, we must go all out to speed up development.

Each enterprise shall speed up the extension of product chain, strengthen the research on regional market, accurately locate the direction of concrete products suitable for its own enterprise development, pay close attention to national, local and industrial policies, study and judge the incremental space of the market, and seize the development opportunities; We will continue to deepen the asset-light operation mode, break the bottleneck constraints of enterprise development, and minimize the losses caused by demolition; we will accelerate the marketing and promotion of digital products, vigorously promote the implementation of intelligent mix ratio, intelligent electric forklift and other projects, and seize the market commanding heights through technological upgrading. The Strategic Planning Department of Concrete Group should work out the planning plan of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Core Area, plan layout ahead of time for the development of enterprises, and constantly improve the high-quality development level of Concrete Group.

Second, we must go all out to complete the operational targets.

In the second quarter, all enterprises should be profit-oriented and focus on three aspects: First, strengthen the industry coordination mechanism, promote the return of sales prices to a reasonable range through regional linkage and capacity cooperation, pay close attention to market dynamics at all times, and steadily and orderly promote the reasonable recovery of prices. The second is to concentrate resources on high-end projects, with high-end projects as the biggest grasp, and constantly improve market competitiveness. Third, to strictly control procurement costs, regional party and government leaders should pay close attention to their own procurement prices, establish a regional procurement price monitoring mechanism, and ensure the completion of profit targets on the basis of improving quality and efficiency.

Third, we should make every effort to improve the level of fine management.

great importance to the withdrawal of inferior enterprises and the recovery of loss-making enterprises; regard the assessment indicators as the qualified line, speed up the clearance of real estate and overdue bills in hand, and pay close attention to the collection of long-aged accounts receivable and overdue accounts receivable.
