CNBM withdraws from two 2500t/d clinker production lines

Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Adjustment and Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Production Lines of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd.".

Recently, the Bureau of Industry and Information Technology of Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, issued the "Announcement on the Capacity Adjustment and Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Production Lines of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. and Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd.".

According to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) and other documents, the 4500t/d cement clinker production line of Anhui Guangde Hongshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. has increased its capacity to 6350t/d by means of supplementary capacity. The 5000t/d cement clinker production line of Anhui Guangde Southern Cement Co., Ltd. has increased its capacity to 6066t/d by means of capacity replenishment. The first part of the replacement capacity comes from Dafang Yonggui Building Materials Co., Ltd. (2500t/d, replacement ratio 2:1) . Supplement Hongshan South 850t/d and Guangde South 400t/d respectively. The second part of the replacement capacity is from Anhui Langxi Nanfang Cement Co., Ltd. (2500t/d, replacement ratio 1.5: 1) , supplementing Hongshan Nanfang 1000t/d and Guangde Nanfang 666t/d respectively.

This is the inventory statistics of cement and clinker on January 09. The data cover the whole country and all regions, including the proportion of inventory, the year-on-year storage location and the ring-to-ring storage location. In terms of clinker, the national inventory accounted for 63.08%, representing a year-on-year increase of 6.03 percentage points and a month-on-month increase of 0.42 percentage points; the national inventory of cement accounted for 62.65%, representing a year-on-year increase of 3.26 percentage points and no change on a month-on-month basis. Among them, the change range of clinker storage in Northeast China is 45 percentage points, while the change range of clinker storage in North China is 0 percentage points.
