Recently, the first specialized commercial concrete mixing station in Deqin County, which was jointly constructed by Yunnan Jiantou Green High Performance Concrete Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yunjian Green Concrete") and Deqin State-owned Capital Investment and Operation (Group) Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Deqin Guotou"), was officially completed and put into operation.
The station and the temporary mixing station put into operation in the early stage form a "main station + auxiliary station" collaborative system, which will fully guarantee the concrete supply of geological disaster prevention and relocation avoidance projects in Deqin County, and fill the gap of local specialized commercial concrete production.
Based on the principle of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, win-win benefits and green synergy", Yunjian Green Concrete is responsible for R & D, production and cost control, and Deqin Guotou carries out sales services to jointly build a complete industrial chain. The station is equipped with two HZS240 fully automatic mixing production lines, with a total capacity of 480 cubic meters per hour and an annual capacity of about 1.5 million cubic meters , which can fully meet the peak demand of the geological disaster avoidance and relocation project in Deqin County.
At the same time, Yunjian Green Concrete will build a new energy transportation network and promote the construction of aerated concrete block production line in Yezhi Town, which is designed to produce 100000 cubic meters annually, gradually forming a green building material product matrix.
