All provinces are required to implement projects according to the key tasks of air pollution, and to report the projects to be supported to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment for the record within four months after receiving subsidies. At the same time, they should implement their responsibilities and promote the implementation of projects to ensure their effectiveness. Projects that have received central financial funds from other channels such as central infrastructure investment should not be included in the scope of the fund support.
