The project first appeared on the list in 2018, and the status is under construction. The size of cement kiln is 4.7 × 68 m. After that, the list data will be interesting. There is no data on the 2019 list, the specification of the cement kiln on the 2020 list is 4.8 × 74m, the specification of the cement kiln on the 2021 and 2022 lists is 5.2 × 74m, the specification of the cement kiln on the 2023 list is 4.8 × 74m, and there is no change in the remarks (data). In November 2024, the specification of the cement kiln shown in the announcement of Ningxia Haolong Building Materials Co., Ltd. on the capacity replacement plan for the project of supplementing 1500 tons of cement clinker per day by the District Office of Industry and Information Technology was 5.0 × 74m.
Anyway, from the root of the project, "approving small and building large" is solid, and it is not simply "increasing production capacity in violation of regulations". The path of the kiln is changing from small to big. What on earth is it to avoid?

Once the dishonest behavior of "approving small and building large" is found, it should be ordered to rectify in conjunction with the relevant departments, and no unauthorized ignition and production should be carried out before the rectification is in place. Enterprises that falsify, fail to implement the announced capacity replacement plan and violate the regulations on new capacity shall be severely punished in accordance with the Regulations on the Approval and Filing of Enterprise Investment Projects, and shall be submitted to the relevant parties for joint punishment. Areas with serious problems such as lax auditing and inadequate supervision and implementation will be notified to the whole country as negative examples. Individuals who have committed dereliction of duty or dereliction of duty in the work of checking and supervising the implementation of the capacity replacement scheme will be submitted to the relevant departments for investigation of relevant responsibilities in accordance with the law and discipline.
