on August 12, the foundation pouring of the first wind turbine of Alashan Zhongyan Wind Power Project in Inner Mongolia, which was constructed by China Gezhouba No.1 Company, was successfully completed, marking that the project has been transferred from the foundation construction stage to the preparatory stage of wind turbine installation, and has taken a key step towards the project's on-schedule grid-connected power generation. Located in Alashan High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Inner Mongolia,
the project is a key clean energy development project in Inner Mongolia. The construction includes all civil works, installation and single commissioning of 75 MW wind power and 220 kV booster station. After the completion of the
project, the average annual power generation will reach 188 million kilowatt-hours, and the 25-year life cycle power generation will reach 4.707 billion kilowatt-hours, saving 56762 tons of standard coal, 165100 tons of carbon dioxide, 62.1 tons of sulfur dioxide, 62.1 tons of nitrogen oxides and 18.83 tons of smoke and dust annually. It will effectively optimize the local energy structure, improve the stability and security of energy supply, and realize the organic combination of economic, social and environmental benefits.
In order to ensure the successful completion of the node target, the project team planned ahead of time to complete the safety technical disclosure work of the first 10 workers in advance, and to verify and sign the equipment operation rules and emergency disposal plans one by one. During the whole process of pouring, managers squat on the site in shifts, monitor the slump of concrete in real time with a hand-held hammer, and precisely control the pouring rate.
After 16 hours of continuous struggle, a total of 930 cubic meters of concrete was successfully injected into the foundation platform at 9:45 p.m. on the 12th. The concrete surface was smooth and clean, and the first wind turbine foundation pouring task was completed with high quality. The pouring was efficient, safe and orderly, which laid a solid foundation for the subsequent batch of fan foundation construction.
Inner Mongolia Alashan Zhongyan Wind Power Project started in July this year, and the successful completion of the first pouring verified the project team's efficient organizational ability and technical control level under complex climatic conditions. Next, the project team will continue to strictly control the quality, safety and progress of the project, make every effort to promote the follow-up construction work, strive to achieve the early commissioning of the project, and inject strong momentum into the regional energy structure optimization and green low-carbon development.
