It is understood that the project is located in Tianquanhu Town, Xuyi County, Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, covering an area of 6909 mu, with an installed capacity of 300 MW on the AC side , including 300 MW photovoltaic power station and a 220 kV booster station. 30MW/60MWh energy storage system, on-site power transmission and transformation lines, etc. The construction period is 9 months .
Previously, on April 22 , 2025, TBEA announced that it would invest in the construction of 300 MW photovoltaic hybrid power generation project in Tianquanhu Town, Xuyi County. The announcement shows that the project will be constructed by Xuyi Xinte Energy Development Co., Ltd. , a secondary subsidiary of TBEA Holding Company, with a total investment of about 1.488 billion yuan .
