On December 4, the Hainan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a public announcement on the 2024 Industrial Enterprises Investment Expansion and Technological Reform and Quality Improvement Fund Award and Subsidy Plan (the seventh batch), with the publicity period from December 4 to December 10, 2025.
In accordance with the relevant procedures of "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Management of Reward and Subsidy Funds for Supporting Industrial Enterprises to Expand Investment and Improve Quality of Technological Reform in Hainan Province" (Qionggong Credit Regulation No.2022) and "Notice on Organizing and Declaring the Reward and Subsidy Funds for Supporting Industrial Enterprises to Expand Investment and Improve Quality of Technological Reform in Hainan Province in 2024" (Qionggong Credit Development No.2025). It is proposed to award and supplement funds for 7 projects such as Hainan Changjiang Fly Ash and Hazardous Waste Disposal Project of China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd.
Including 2 projects of China Resources Cement (Changjiang) Co., Ltd.:
Hainan Changjiang Fly Ash and Hazardous Waste Disposal Project is proposed to be awarded and compensated with 996,400 yuan;
Hainan Changjiang Carbon Neutralization Research and Development Platform Construction Project is proposed to be awarded and compensated with 349,100 yuan.
