Three enterprises were notified and punished for supplying concrete to illegal construction projects!

Recently, the website of the People's Government of Foshan City, Guangdong Province, issued a notice: Notice of the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction and Water Affairs Bureau of Nanhai District, Foshan City on the supply of concrete to illegal construction projects by ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in violation of regulations. According to

the circular, the Nanhai District Housing and Construction Water Bureau recently received a letter from the District Urban Administration Bureau on the notification of administrative penalties imposed on ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in the second quarter of 2025. It reflects that Foshan Lianyi Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Foshan Nanhai Tongyuan Concrete Co., Ltd. supplied concrete to illegal construction projects in our district in the second quarter of 2025, and requires our Bureau to deal with them in accordance with the provisions of Article 34, paragraph 2, of the Measures for the Investigation and Punishment of Illegal Construction in Foshan City.

After research, Foshan Lianyi Building Materials Co., Ltd. and Foshan Nanhai Tongda Concrete Co., Ltd. are now notified of the supply of concrete to illegal construction projects in the whole district and deducted 5 points for each. All enterprises are requested to take precautions, strictly examine the project data, obtain legal approval procedures for land use, planning and construction before supply, and put an end to the supply of ready-mixed concrete and ready-mixed mortar to illegal construction.

According to the Notice of the Bureau of Land and Urban Construction and Water Affairs of Nanhai District of Foshan City on Strictly Prohibiting the Supply of Concrete to Illegal Construction Projects and other relevant requirements, ready-mixed concrete (mortar) production enterprises shall not go through the legal examination and approval procedures for land use, planning and construction without obtaining land according to law. Or supply concrete for projects that are not constructed in accordance with the approved contents (including rural self-built houses that are illegally constructed).
