Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has a 2500 t/d clinker production line capacity (all approvals, records, production permits, emission permits, equipment details, etc. Are attached) which is planned to be transferred out. The company promises that the production line with transferred capacity will be shut down before the new line of the capacity receiving enterprise is put into operation, and the main equipment will be dismantled before September 30, 2025.

On August 8, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Heilongjiang Province issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme for the 2500 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Jixi Sailong Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
