Recently, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fenyi County, Jiangxi Province, issued the Assessment Report on the Implementation of "3.8" General Mechanical Injury Accident Prevention and Rectification Measures of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. According to
the report, at about 10:30 a.m. on March 8, 2024, Zhang Wen of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. accidentally involved his safety belt in the coupling during the process of repairing and replacing the wire rope of lifting machinery, resulting in the death of people. The direct economic loss is about 1.2 million yuan. After the
accident, according to the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Reporting and Investigation of Production Safety Accidents (Decree No.493 of the State Council), on March 10, 2024, the Fenyi County People's Government established Lin Zhiqiang, a member of the Party Group of the county government and Secretary of the Party and Labor Committee of the Industrial Park. County Industry and Information Bureau, County Discipline Commission, County Emergency Bureau, County Federation of Trade Unions, County Procuratorate, County Public Security Bureau and County Safety Supervision Bureau sent personnel to participate in the "3.8" general production safety accident investigation team of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. and invited relevant experts to participate in the accident investigation. Implementation of

According to Article 114 of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, Fenyi County Emergency Management Bureau has imposed an administrative penalty of 700000 on Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd., which has been paid.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fenyi County has imposed a corresponding administrative penalty of 24771. 6 yuan , which has been paid.
2. Shi Xiang, Director of Manufacturing Branch of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fenyi County has imposed a corresponding administrative penalty of 53045. 5 yuan , which has been paid.
3. Chen Liliang, Assistant Director of Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fenyi County has imposed a corresponding administrative penalty of 35155. 3 yuan , which has been paid.
4. Fu Jianjun, Assistant General Manager of Fenyi Conch Cement Co., Ltd. In accordance with the provisions of Article 96 of the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China, the Emergency Management Bureau of Fenyi County has imposed a corresponding administrative penalty of 132623. 7 yuan , which has been paid.
