The publicity period is from December 3 to December 9, 2025.
The announcement shows that the original 3000t/d cement clinker line of Sichuan Esheng Cement Group Co., Ltd. has a supplementary capacity of 1666 t/d, and the supplementary capacity is 4666 t/d. The supplementary capacity comes from a 2500t/d production line of Renshou People's Special Cement Co., Ltd. with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1. The 2500t/d cement clinker production line
of Renshou People's Special Cement Co., Ltd. is planned to be shut down from the date when the project formalities are completed, and it is planned to be dismantled and withdrawn within 6 months after the shutdown.
