Among them, a related case of Quyang BBMG Cement , a subsidiary of BBMG Jidong, was collected and listed, specifically: Application of Remanufacturing Roller Press in Ore Crushing — — Taking Quyang BBMG Cement Remanufacturing Column Nail Roller Project as an example. a certain type of stud roller was remanufactured in the case. Through the patented technology of powder metallurgy stud + arc additive strengthening, the ultra-high wear-resistant working surface of the extrusion roller was rebuilt, the service life was increased to 20000 hours, the cost was only 60-70% of that of the new roller, and multiple remanufacturing was supported. The old part has been in service for about 3 years before remanufacturing, and has been in service for 22000 hours after remanufacturing. The remanufacturing cycle is about 30-45 days. Comparison of

. Case application:
Quyang BBMG Cement Co., Ltd. purchased 1600-1400 remanufactured column nails produced by Zhengzhou Machinery Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China National Machinery Institute Group in 2022, which are used for stone crushing in mines. At present, the remanufactured column nail roller has been put into operation for 3 years without quality and safety problems, and the roller press can still work normally. In terms of product performance, compared with the extrusion roller of KHD imported roller press used by the owner before, the hardness of 1600-1400 remanufactured stud is basically the same, about HRC58-62, the roundness index of the roller surface is the same, ± 2 mm, and the service life is 20% longer than that of the extrusion roller of KHD imported press. The frequency of maintenance is reduced from once a year to once every two years, and the cost of single maintenance is reduced from 200000 yuan to about 50000 yuan per time.
