Recently, the People's Social Bureau of Yingde City, Guangdong Province, issued a notice on the implementation of the irregular and comprehensive calculation of working hours system for Conch Cement in Yingde City. The notice clearly States that it is agreed that team members/middle-level managers/supervisors/section chiefs, safety officers/occupational health administrators, sales clerks, port personnel, fork/crane drivers, auxiliary vehicle drivers/380 loader drivers, security squad leaders, car drivers, canteen administrators/cooks, raw material monitoring and other posts should implement an irregular working system; Large-scale engineering machinery drivers, ship loading/unloading mechanics, mine automobile maintenance, mine electrical maintenance and other posts shall be subject to the comprehensive calculation of working hours. The enterprise shall guarantee the employees' right to rest, the total working hours shall not exceed the statutory standard, and the continuous working hours of the physical posts of Grade III and above shall not exceed 10 hours per day and at least one day off per week; the implementation period is tentatively set at one year, and the unit shall notify the employees of the relevant posts.
