In the original capacity replacement plan, 1500t/d of the 2000t/d cement clinker production line in Hushan production area of Jiangshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is changed and adjusted to supplement the capacity replacement of this project. Replacement ratio 1:1. The supplementary capacity of the 6000t/d clinker production line
in Jiangshan Southern Cement High-tech Production Zone is 1250t/d, and the capacity after supplementary is 7250t/d.
The withdrawn production capacity also comes from the cement optimization and upgrading project of Jiangshan Green Intelligent Digital New Material Industrial Park. In the original capacity replacement plan, the 500t/d change adjustment in the 2000t/d cement clinker production line of Hushan production area of Jiangshan Southern Cement Co., Ltd. is used to supplement the capacity replacement of this project; And a 2000t/d clinker production line in the south of Lanxi, with a replacement ratio of 2:1.
It is reported that the Zhejiang Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology announced in 2021 that Jiangshan Southern Cement originally planned to build a new 6000 t/d clinker production line. The replacement plan is shown in the following table:
