Overview: Sichuan Daofu Pumped-storage Power Station is located in Seka Township and Yazhuo Town, Daofu County. The lower reservoir is about 55 km away from Daofu County in a straight line, and the highway mileage is about 100 km; the straight line distance from Kangding is 84 km; The straight-line distance from Chengdu is about 262 km, and the highway mileage is about 420 km. The upper reservoir at the station site is about 17 km away from the nearest market town in the project area, namely Bamei Town, and the highway mileage is about 31 km; the lower reservoir is about 19 km away from the nearest market town in the project area, namely Bamei Town, and the highway mileage is about 30 km. Bamei Town is about 390 km away from Chengdu City. G248 National Highway, G350 National Highway and other highways traverse Bamei Town, with convenient external traffic conditions. The total installed capacity of Daofu Pumped Storage Power Station is 2100 MW (6 × 350MW). After completion, it will mainly undertake the tasks of peak shaving, valley filling, energy storage, frequency modulation, phase modulation and promoting the development and utilization of new energy in Sichuan power system. The main structures of the project are composed of upper reservoir, lower reservoir, water conveyance system, underground powerhouse and switch station. Daofu Pumped-storage Power Station is located in deep mountains and valleys, where the natural conditions are poor and the existing traffic conditions are extremely poor. The traffic trunk road in the reservoir area of the power station should be built in advance to form a smooth, safe, efficient and rapid local transportation channel, which creates good conditions for the construction of the main project of the power station. The bidding scope of this
bid section is the construction of 2 # Road Project of Upper and Lower Reservoir Connection Line of Yalong River Daofu Pumped Storage Power Station, and the main work content is to complete the construction of the construction drawing stage and other work agreed in the contract. Including (but not limited to) construction of temporary works, subgrade, pavement, tunnel (excluding permanent mechanical and electrical installation of tunnel), culvert, safety facilities and embedded pipelines, greening and environmental protection facilities, work during the defects liability period, services during the warranty period and other related work agreed in the contract. Description of
construction period: The total construction period of the contract is 40 months. It is planned to commence on January 1, 2026, and the project is expected to be completed on April 30, 2029 in about 1216 days. The specific commencement time shall be subject to the commencement time specified in the commencement notice issued by the Supervisor. The requirements for the construction period of the control nodes are as follows: (1) Before January 31, 2026, the excavation and support of the slope at the exit end of the 2 # section of the 2 # road tunnel shall be completed. (2) Before December 31, 2027, excavate and support to the intersection of 2 # section of 2 # road tunnel and 2 # construction adit of the power station (K3 + 932.457), and 2 # construction adit has excavation conditions. When the commencement date is adjusted, the control node construction period and completion date are adjusted accordingly, and the total contract construction period remains unchanged.

This tender is for the construction of auxiliary cavern and 1 # ditch water treatment project of Daofu Pumped Storage Power Station on Yalong River. The bidding scope and main work contents are the construction of ventilation and safety tunnel, access tunnel and 1 # ditch water treatment works: (1) Ventilation and safety tunnel works: ventilation and safety tunnel, main transformer exhaust tunnel, tail gate exhaust tunnel, open excavation of earth, open excavation of stone, excavation of stone tunnel, support, drainage hole, grouting, concrete, reinforcement fabrication and installation of 502 # road.
