On August 6, the tender announcement for the PC project of the 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Jinda Hongjing Shache County was issued. The announcement shows that the project is located in Shache County, Kashgar Prefecture, Xinjiang, and the tenderer is Jinda Hongjing (Shache) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
This project is planned to build a new photovoltaic power station of 1 million kilowatts, with an installed capacity of 1,000 MW on the AC side, using monocrystalline double-glass photovoltaic modules . Build a new 220KV step-up gathering station, 100MW * 2H capacity energy storage system and related ancillary auxiliary works.
This tender is divided into five bid sections, each with a scale of 200MW, and all bid sections do not include exploration and design work. The bid can be submitted concurrently, but no more than 2 bid sections can be selected at the same time. Consortium bidding is not allowed in this tender. The deadline for bid
opening/submission is 10:30 on August 27, 2025.
