On December 1, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Tinghu District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province, issued an announcement on the approval of the EIA documents for the annual output of 1 million cubic meters of concrete project of Jiangsu Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Railway 24 Bureau Group. The announcement period is from December 1, 2025 to December 5, 2025 (five working days).

It is reported that the project leases the No.12 site of the New Building Material Industrial Park in Biancang Town, Tinghu District, Yancheng City, Jiangsu Province as the production site, with a total investment of 10 million yuan , including 600,000 yuan for environmental protection, and a construction period of 3 months.
